7713 Impulse/Surge Tester

7713 impulse winding tester has 2-channel 10KV that is capable of measuring inductance down to 0.5uH and magnifying high-frequency harmonics to avert shorts through the layers of coiling. Occurrence of mild corona between coils will generate harmonics with high-frequency (>10MHz) and small amplitude, which can not be noticed by a ordinary impulse coiling tester that can only detect gentle amplitude without spotting the flaws. We have deployed HARM (high-frequency harmonics analysis) method to enlarge top-frequency harmonic then to exhibit them on screen then recognize each gentle discharge through layers and assure the standard of every component coil.
